Tom Ritchie

Honolulu Mortgage
Company. Since the
founding of TransPac,
Tom has personally
originated another
$150 Million in
transactions
including hotels,
shopping centers,
sub-divisions, condo
developments and
other forms of
income property.
Additionally, Tom
has negotiated and
sold several large
mortgage portfolios,
collateralized by
both residential and
commercial real
estate in Hawaii.

Candace Chase
Executive Vice
President &
Production Manager
Candace is
the co-founder of
TransPacific
Mortgage Group.
Candace brings over
20 years of
experience in retail
and wholesale loan
production,
underwriting liaison
with investors in
the secondary
market, loan program
development and
portfolio quality
control to TPMG. In
addition, Candace
has experience in
real estate sales
and property
management.
Immediately prior to
co-founding TPMG,
Candace served as
Production Manager
for Honolulu
Mortgage Company and
before that with
Golden West
Financial Company.
In her personal
production she
serves several
niches for the
company including
self-employed
borrowers requiring
specialized products
and financial
services; high-end
construction loans
and financial
consulting. As the
Production Manager
for TPMG, Candace is
involved with all
company clients to
ensure that each
Borrower receives
the best product
based on the
customer’s needs
and qualifications.
Additionally,
Candace liaises with
all investors to
ensure that TPMG has
the broadest array
of products
available.

Allison
has been with
TransPacific

nearly three years.
Prior to joining

officer with several

Mike has fifteen
years of commercial
real estate,

business lending
experience. He has

underwrite and

mortgages. The

Mike’s extensive

programs and his
dedication to
